Top management of the Office of the President of Ukraine as well as Zelenskyy’s entourage are involved in the looting of funds from the state-owned enterprises OPP (Odessa Port Plant) and UMCC (United Mining and Chemical Company). 500 million UAH, which NABU said was stolen by former head of the State Property Fund Dmytro Sennichenko and his accomplices, ended up on the accounts of the President’s office, according to MP Geo Leros. He stated this on his YouTube channel.
“Sennichenko siphoned off UAH 500 million from the budget with the assistance of the Presidential Office, which is a loss to the state. This is money that has settled on the accounts of representatives of the Presidential Office of Ukraine. An interesting fact has come to light: Sennichenko’s former deputy, Serhiy Ihnatovskyi, testified that the main communicators between the OP and Sennichenko were Timur Mindych, the co-owner of Kvartal-95 studio, and Serhii Shefir, the main communicator with the oligarchs and Zelenskyi’s business partner and first assistant. Mindych and Shefir were the main communicators between the OP and Sennichenko,” Leros said.
He quotes fragments of an investigation by Censor.NET, which received copies of the testimony of former Deputy Head of the State Property Fund Serhiy Ihnatovsky. He reveals the details of the schemes that were used to rob the OPP and the UMCC.
” On the instructions of the Office of the President, a tender for the supply of tolling raw materials to the OPP was canceled. After the tender was canceled, about a month later, Sennichenko said that we did the right thing by canceling the tender, that the Presidential Office was satisfied with us, that now AGT LLC would bring us money for it. It was hundreds of thousands of dollars,” quoted him Leros.
He notes that Sennichenko himself admitted that Mindych and Shefir provided him with political protection. Andriy Hmyryn, who is now the “watchdog” of the tax service, was also an active communicator for the OP.
Ihnatowski’s testimony states that Sennychenko said that “it is necessary to cooperate with Hmyryn and fulfill some political will of the Office of the President of Ukraine, that they will give some candidates for senior positions in state-owned companies.” Thus, Mykola Synytsia, who had been promoted from the Presidential Office, was appointed head of the OPP.
Andriy Hmyryn, according to Leros, helps Yermak and Tatarov control the economic bloc, in particular, he helped to organize a fake competition for the election of the Bureau of the Economic Security head.
According to Censor.net, Timur Mindych has interests in Centrenergo and Energoatom through Herman Halushchenko and Petro Kotin.
Dmytro Sennichenko left for Spain and is building a new business there. Ukraine has not yet requested his extradition.
