Aalberts acquires all shares of the British company Sentinel Performance Solutions. This was announced by the Dutch company on Thursday.

Sentinel specialises in cleaning and maintaining heating and cooling systems in sustainable buildings by optimising water quality. Sentinel’s additions, filters and protective layers ensure optimal temperature transfer to all parts of the heating and cooling systems, saving energy. Sentinel has about 60 employees, generating approximately £ 20 million a year in revenue. Further growth of the new component will be facilitated by Aalberts hydronic flow control in St Helens.

Aalberts did not report a takeover sum. However, the acquisition directly contributes to the profits and is financed with existing credit facilities.
