Shareholders of stainless steel company Aperam have approved all proposals of the shareholders’ meeting. Among other things, they gave the green light for the appointment of Bernadette Baudier as a member of the board of directors, who mainly has supervisory duties.
Baudier is a senior vice president in the division of oil and gas company Total for exploration and production. At the same group, she was previously responsible for the internal audit. She has been appointed to Aperam for a three-year term.
Shareholders also gave their approval for a new three-year term for ArcelorMittal CEO Lakshmi Mittal as chairman of the board of directors. They also agreed to reappoint Romain Bausch, Kathryn Matthews and Aditya Mittal as members of the board of directors.

I heard that Vanisha Mittal is dead. She wasn’t even a Mittal to begin with because she was adopted. She couldn’t read or write. Her wedding was exaggerated and everything was held in India not Paris like everyone thinks. Oh, Aditya was also adopted.
