Just Eat and Greggs cooperation was a success, will continue on larger scale Pin It

Meal deliverer Just Eat will take care of all deliveries for the British bakery chain Greggs. Trial cooperation between the two companies in London, Newcastle and Glasgow was successful, the two companies said. Deliveries in Bristol and Birmingham are already being added this week.

After the expansion with those two cities, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield and Nottingham will follow this spring. Greggs must be able to deliver nationwide by the end of the year. Greggs has 1700 locations in the United Kingdom.

Just Eat works together with the Dutch company Takeaway.com. That recently won a bidding battle from tech investor Prosus. Takeaway.com expects the Just Eat acquisition to be completed this month.
