AirBnb shows explosive growth Pin It

In the first quarter of this year, people booked $ 9.4 billion in accommodations with Airbnb. That’s 31 percent more than the same period last year, insiders say to the Wall Street Journal. This concerns 91 million overnight stays.

The rental platform, which has its headquarters in San Francisco, is doing well. Airbnb recorded revenue growth of 40 percent in 2018 compared to the previous year. Airbnb had $ 3.5 billion in cash on March 31. The favorable results are attractive to potential investors. Airbnb probably wants to go public in the first half of next year.
