Lead Generation Association in talks with the OFT
The Lead Generation Association (LGA) has revealed that is in advanced talks with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) over the approval of its Code of Conduct and Complaints Handling Procedures.
The Code of Conduct aims to ensure all members of the LGA adhere to the Code’s guidelines and professional standards, whilst also promoting best practice amongst members, both full and associate.
