Storm comes to KLM

22nd November 2019

Storm comes to KLM Pin It

Cab trade unions FNV Cabine and VNC promise the necessary commotion at airline KLM in the call for more wages. The unions currently speak of “deceptive peace” and “calm before the storm”. Behind the scenes, we are working hard on the preparation of small and larger campaigns.

According to the unions, KLM has still not come across with a better wage offer.

“We will do everything we can to change KLM’s mind”, it sounds. According to the unions, not much can be said about the content. “It is important to know that we are busy working out an action plan.”

The CA negotiations have been dragging on for a long time. The unions consider a 7 percent salary increase in three steps that KLM offered to be too thin. Previously, KLM called the rejection of the collective agreement proposal incomprehensible. Several other unions have previously agreed to a negotiating result.
