EU will agree on Brexit extension – The Guardian Pin It

The European Union is ready to grant the United Kingdom a three-month extension for the Brexit until 31 January 2020. It is an option for the British to leave the EU sooner if political approval for a Brexit deal has been obtained and after ratification. That was reported by The Guardian. Journalists got access to a leaked draft of the agreement in Brussels.

Although the French government has objected, the proposal that circulates among the 27 member states is to delay the British for longer. Monday is expected to be agreed. Should the British Parliament still agree on a regular departure, then the Brexit may be a fact on the first day of the following month, for example December 1.

The EU seems to assume that a no-deal Brexit will end on October 31. The Brussels decision offers British Prime Minister Boris Johnson hope to hold new elections this year.
