EXCLUSIVE-3 new lenders launching in 2010
There are rumours emanating from very reliable sources that there are three new secured lenders launching in the first quarter of 2010.
The news will come as a welcome relief to secured loan brokers who have seen their industry almost destroyed during 08/09 so the fact that three lenders are launching is obviously a sign that it is becoming easier to raise investment and this bodes well for 2010 and beyond.
As for who is behind these lenders, well it probably won’t surprise you that one of them is led by a well known racing (car or horse?) enthusiast who has a track record of success in secured lending, another is a consortium of well known industry figures and the third may surprise you because it is a new subsidiary of a German bank.
The great thing about this is that for brokers and affiliates everywhere, this will offer another much needed product route for those secured loan leads that have been oh so difficult to place of late.
